Practical decision points
Use this guide to prepare a better bottle washer enquiry and avoid comparing machines on headline output alone. The right route depends on the container, cleaning task, production target and wider line layout.
- Define whether the bottles are new, returned, labelled, dusty, wet or contaminated.
- Choose the cleaning route: air rinse, water rinse, wash, wash-and-dry or label-removal plus washing.
- Confirm bottle dimensions, neck opening, base stability and material.
- Check target bottles per hour, operator involvement and changeover frequency.
- Review water, drainage, compressed air, power, cleaning access and maintenance access.
- Plan the upstream and downstream line: unscrambler, filler, capper, labeller, coder, conveyor and accumulation.
